By accessing or using DoneTax+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. DoneTax+ is available only to UK-based tax agents and accountants with a valid HMRC Agent Services Account.
DoneTax+ is a cloud-based platform that enables UK tax agents to manage and submit MTD ITSA quarterly returns and Final Declarations on behalf of their clients. The platform connects to HMRC via the Agent Services Account API using OAuth 2.0 authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, your HMRC Agent Services Account connection, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@donetaxplus.co.uk.
You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients to process their personal and financial data on DoneTax+. You remain the data controller for your clients' data. DoneLabs Ltd acts as your data processor in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Each active client seat costs £1.99 per month in addition to the platform fee. Billing is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Following cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, except for submission records which are retained for 7 years as required by law.
You may not use DoneTax+ to submit fraudulent or inaccurate information to HMRC, to process data for clients you are not authorised to represent, to attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform's security, or for any purpose that violates UK law.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, including missed HMRC deadlines.
DoneLabs Ltd's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
